What!? It’s only been 6 months…

Every night, I think, "I ought to just sit down and type that down." Then I remember I have a blog for just that kind of thing, but then I never get around to it. All that signing in to blogger, yada, yada stuff. It's too much work for me. Then I remembered that Word can publish it to your blog for you. What a great feature for schlubs like me! WE'll see. This might be the only post for the next 6 months. Don't be surprised.

I've been reading other peoples' blogs lately, and I guess it has inspired me to do some stuff of my own. I love blogs with lots of pictures too, so I'm going to try to include lots of pictures of dumb things that mean something to me. J That is…if I can get past the fact that it is SO much work to hook up my camera to my computer and upload the pictures. Gosh…what in the world happened to me?

I am LOVING the summer days. There's no rush to do things. We often all stay in our jammies past noon. We go to parks in the afternoon to tire the kids out (the dog too).

We have ice cream for a snack.

The kids stay up until 10, and they (and I) don't wake up until 10. I always figured I'd be one of the "When-is-school-going-to-start?" crowd, but so far, I'm not really looking forward to having to stick to a schedule. I suppose it will be nice too when it happens.

Before I go…probably never to be heard from again (or at least until next year at the rate I'm going now), check out this cute button bouquet I made today! I just love the way these look. They're so easy too! I might try my hand at a few different ones and see if I can't sell them somewhere. Toodles.
